"Mac’s expressive arts practice is enhanced by her excitement about its relationship to brain science and what it means for offering a holistic experience to clients. She emphasizes seeing the whole person in her approach and “meeting trauma where it lives.” Toward this end, her focus on co-regulation as a key intervention is well partnered with her expressed commitment to integrate somatic and expressive arts therapy. With a toolbelt of multi-modal arts practices, she is skilled at meeting clients where they are and finds strength in her use of ceramics, mask-making, drama and movement with individuals, groups and families. Most notable, is her capacity to move teens from aloofness to engagement. She is client-centered in her practice and is firmly rooted in the life-long journey of cultural humility. The overall generative quality of Mac’s work is experienced by clients and colleagues alike." -Ellen Morrison LCSW, Clinical Supervisor
"I continue to be excited and inspired by Mac’s clinical ability to see her clients and understand their needs. She can connect deeply with the people she works with to address trauma using a variety of effective and innovative techniques. Mac has an innate ability to approach her work with warmth, kindness and generosity while always remaining client-centered, focused, and meaningful. Mac’s effectiveness as a clinician lies in her ability to join with her client and be flexible to meet whatever growth opportunity arises. Her work is genuine, impactful, and powerful." - Armen Youssefians, LMFT Clinical Supervisor

I am a trauma-informed Expressive Arts clinician and coach devoted to Creator-led healing. Through multicultural narrative approaches and multi-dimensional creative practices, I help individuals discover who they are, what they value, and why they think, feel, and act as they do. My work honors ancestral wisdom and the living presence of the Creator while integrating modern understandings of trauma, psychology, and somatic awareness. Together we explore patterns of intergenerational trauma and gift transmission, bringing clarity to the brain-body process when emotions or sensory experiences feel overwhelming. Brainspotting, an EMDR-derived modality, supports balance and reintegration through the Creator’s intelligent design of the nervous system. I walk beside those healing from complex grief, antisocial abuse, high-conflict divorce, parental alienation, and trauma-bond recovery. Our sessions are collaborative, grateful, and safely held, allowing what was once hidden to be illuminated as part of the sacred whole. Through this process, resistance softens, integration unfolds, and Self-PARTSnership emerges—a way of coming home to the body, to life, and to the Creator.
I bring all of my 50+ years of life experience along with my academic and clinical training for an integrated approach to health and wellness. I work with adults, teens, youth, couples, and families as well as faciliate groups.
a few ways i identify: I am a child of God. I am a clinician, artist, and systems thinker devoted to trauma recovery, relational healing, and ecological belonging. My background spans expressive arts therapy, regenerative ecology, academic research scholarship, and Holy Spirit-infused psychology. I am also a mother, domestic violence survivor, farmer, entrepreneur, and lifelong collaborative learner walking the path of compassion and restoration through the Creator. I am deeply attuned to my environment and to others—traits that some describe through frameworks like Human Design as Reflector. I understand this sensitivity as part of how the Creator designed me: a vessel for empathy, discernment, and healing guided by the Holy Spirit. With an Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) score of nine out of ten, I carry a lived understanding of trauma’s imprint and of the grace that allows its transformation into wisdom and service.
